Shipping & Returns

Every shirt is custom-made on demand using your selected design and product options. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production partner for printing, fulfilment and shipment.

Delivery estimates

Total delivery time is made up of:

Production / fulfilment time + shipping time = estimated delivery time

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the delivery country, product availability, fulfilment location and carrier.

Because we accept orders from customers around the world, delivery times may vary by destination.

Estimated shipping timelines

The timelines below are estimates only and start after the shirt has been produced and dispatched.

  • Portugal and European Union5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom and EFTA countries5–15 business days
  • United States and Canada3–10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Japan7–20 business days
  • Rest of world10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, peak season volumes, product availability or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link, where available.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to start updating after dispatch. Some international orders may have limited tracking depending on the destination and carrier.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges may apply depending on the delivery country. These charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Each shirt is made to order with your selected design, size and colour. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind;
  • incorrect size selection;
  • incorrect colour selection;
  • customer input errors;
  • dislike of a design that was generated and approved before purchase.

Please check your size, colour and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered.

To report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the item, the print and the packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at yourshirtai@gmail.com with your order number.

For lost-in-transit claims, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier and production partner.
